A typical day at Red Rocks Credit Union would consist of assisting members and non-members with their banking needs. This would include processing deposits, issuing cashier's checks, processing cash advances, accepting loan payments, and aiding members when needed with remote transactions. My job would also include faxing and receiving documents to and from members. Scanning documents would be a daily task as well. While working with Red Rocks, I learned a lot about XP, as well as adjusting to a unique form of banking-remote delivery.
