Good environment to work like working alone and enjoyed talking to customers by taking there orders.Taking orders by customers was really good because most of them were really nice. The only thing that I did not like was that breaks were too short.

I followed up on the production of the orders. I enjoyed seeing the process of an order from sample process to delivery.

take orders for clts, management is OK depends on who is manager, some are too focused on sales quotas

I worked here for two years and it gave me good customer service skills as well as dealing with difficult customers in a nice way.

I learned a lot about sales from redcats and got lots of my sales techniques from trainings. Couldnt work in a sit down enviroment for to long but it was worth it.

work was ok its always alot comming at you or something is jamming so you gotta stay on your toes to keep up with the flow. They also offerd pay incentives if your perfomances was above average for a certain time

Ive learned a lot of coding and design skills and techniques.

Good working enviroment though some nights I took many calls and dealt with a lot of elderly most calls were quick and great call flow.

An excellent place to work, the managers go out of their way to help employees meet their goals by offering incentative's.

Laid back place to work in. Very employee friendly. Will work with schedule.

Every day is a challenging experience. The every day challenges are rewarding. It has definitely afforded me the opportunity to develop my skills personally as well as professionally.

Nice Work place, Friendly people, Good hours,it a good place to work as a first job at a call center, the pay is min. wage but its mostly full of highschool students in there.

No longer in business in Massachusetts but I enjoyed working there and met some great people.
