Phlebotomy Student, EMS volunteer/student (Former Employee), Redlands, CAMay 31, 2014
I volunteered at Redlands Community Hospital's ER while I was in Crafton Hills College EMS program. I also did my clinical rounds for my EMS class. All nurses were very helpful in answering questions, showing me as well as allowing me to set up equipment I was going through with school.

I also took a phlebotomy class to get my certificate through Redlands – more... Community Hospital. I took the lecture classes as well as performing my 50 needle pokes to achieve my license. – less

Quality Services Data Manager (Former Employee), Redlands, CASeptember 9, 2013
This is a fast paced work environment.
Coworkers have positive attitude and work as team players.
The most enjoyable part of the job was that I handled many different things.
The hardest part was trying to do complete detailed work in small office that others frequently gathered in for meetings.
Some managers would benefit from updating their knowledge – more... of current technology. – less

The staff needs a reality check
CNA Intern (Former Employee), Redlands, CAJune 21, 2013
Pros: cafeteria food is good
Cons: most of the staff
I did an internship here in May and my class was fairly small. The first day we arrived there, we were told by management that the staff was complaining about us parking in the parking lot. As I mentioned, my class was small and there were only about 5 cars between all of us. And we parked in the absolute farthest away parking area we could find. This – more... area of the parking lot was deserted. I suppose they had nothing else better to do and wanted to be conniving. So we were ordered to park in the parking lot of a completely different building and walk about a mile back to the hospital. Sure, the exercise was good. Having to arrive 30 minutes early just so you can make it there in time because you're not allowed to park in the hospital's parking lot? Not so fun. – less
