I didn't like general work atmosphere first of all team leads and managers were telecommute. The forms of contact was email, I'm messenger and some phone contact. If you had an emergency you had to wait until someone contacted you back and team leads were in another time zone if you were having heart attack you would be dead by time heard anything from them. A lot of our work was outsourced and workload would light be because they took all the work and we would have to clock out. That would take away from your pay. Their production standards sucked. There is just not a good takeaway from this company.
