Typical day - calls 65-100 per day, 2-4 presents, 2-4 new recruits, 2 deals a day if all was going well.
What I learned - great training and they give you time to build your pipeline.
Management - laid back if your doing your job, otherwise they would come and help to get you moving in the right direction.
workplace culture - they let the employee be their own boss so they can succeed. If you needed anything you just had to ask.
Hardest part - you must be able to handle stress... everyone has one of those days.
most enjoyable - the people i worked with. very family
