We currently have an opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in New Castle, PA. In this position, you will have the general responsibility for the insurance collection processes, results and plan education, including NEA processes, electronic transmissions processes, status processes for claims and denials, ECS enrollment, vendor oversight, and companywide plan education.

The primary focus of this position will be to:

  • Provide oversight and education for vendors around claim statusing and denials.
  • Ensure daily claim files are worked and visible to the vendors.
  • Monitor and trend weekly claims and denial volumes, and implement actions plans
  • Oversee NEA and all electronic transmissions.
  • Document and provide plan nuance education for the company.
  • Manage insurance website log-ins.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field; or four (4) years of equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the health care insurance industry required; dental industry experience preferred. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid managed care or insurance preferred. Experience with M/S office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must take ownership and act with a sense of urgency and commitment to resolve issues Strong problem solving skills. The ability to work both independently and function as part of a team is a must.
