This was a fast paced working environment that demanded different selling solutions to a diverse group of customers.No one dat was the same as the next day. My management role was both as a mentor and coach. Ever changing technology meant that we were in a constant training mode on products and application, which was the most challenging part of this job.
The two skills I learned to master was 1. stop and a actively listen and 2. learn to be humble. Those two disciplines helped me to exceed my goals during my tenure.
