Regency Care of Black Mtn is currently looking for a full time Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. Must pass a drug test and background screening. The Staff Development Coordinator primary responsibility will be to administer the training of the facility staff with preparing newly hired employees for their roles in the facility and for developing skills and efficiency of all current employees.
Required a current North Carolina RN license. Preferred candidate to have experiences working as an SDC in LTC but will be willing to train the right candidate for the position. Will not accept resume for anyone who is not a licensed Register Nurse (RN).
Salary will be base on experiences and offering medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD. Company offers free 10k life insurance and PTO. Facility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
