I loved the fact i could work from home along with anywhere from 50-70% travel, allowing me to continue to stay in higher education but on the support side instead of working on a campus. The company firmly focused on customer service and giving the best technical and customer support. while working at the company i was able to heighten my training skills, learn more on the technical aspects of a system at the same time able to assist with developing an automated system to support higher education financial aid offices to streamline their everyday process. I enjoyed the people i worked with. We had kick off new year gathering where the whole company came together. Had daily meetings with both internal worker along with prospective and continuing clients, to train, assist with challenges as they arose.
