Cons: no breaks or lunches...hardly ever
Patient care, med pass, extensive charting. I worked under an RN who was always helpful when I needed help. Nursing is an everyday learning process, therefore, I was always learning, especially new out of nursing school. The hardest part of my job was working short staffed.
