This was a company that cared about their employees before they went public. After going public, the company culture changed and became a hard place to work. They require all employees to work no less than 50 hours a week. During the holiday season from Thanksgiving until Christmas all employees must work from 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday. They also enforce strong arm collections and require assistant managers to visit delinquent customers homes until they receive payment. The company is also under investigation and being sued by major share holders for falsely inflating stock prices and not providing accurate financial statements. The lawsuit is verifiable on Yahoo Financial and many other financial website. This is a great company to work for if you have no family and wish to work yourself to death. Management likes to feed bad information from the start during your first interview. Trust me, RUN!
