Hair Stylist (Former Employee), Bloomington, IN – April 3, 2012
Pros: i could work any days of the week
Cons: not a fair workplace
you don't ever work 40 hours, full time is around 30 hours a week. Its minimum wage, or commission. It wasnt a very busy salon so you dont make much more than minimum wage. You can pretty much wear whatever you want as long as its not anything comfortable, such as tennis shoes.
Management made me alone stay for a full day on my day off to mark retail, – more... and sent everyone else home early. Then was very rude to me when i asked around 6 o'clock if I could go home. After being there 10 hours. – less
