Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining our internal best practice documents, as well as developing the strategy for implementation of the best practices across the organization
  • Assist with writing and editing RFPs and project plans
  • Assist in creating client training materials
  • Minimal travel – 5% or less per month

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in corporate training/technical writing
  • Proven ability as an excellent writer. Ability to write clearly, technically, succinctly and quickly
  • Proven ability to create training materials in Word, PowerPoint, and video formats
  • Ability to create internal best practice documentation across the organization and to drive adoption of the practices to all resources
