Reid & Associates is a loving company, a typical day here would begin with processing all payments received into Quickbooks. I would then create and generate any billings which needed to be done within Quickbooks, run aging reports and conduct outbound calls to obtain payment or payment status against past due invoice, run the bi-weekly payroll within ADPRun, assist with sourcing for candidates to fill critical leadership roles in nursing. My co-workers were all kind as it is a family owned business consisting of mother, father, son and daughter. The hardest part about this job is the lack of work being that the company is a smaller sized company, the most enjoyable part I would say is the company lunches.
