Stay Away
Driver (Former Employee) –  Suffolk, VANovember 30, 2016
This company is full of lies. They work the mess out of you and you get little pay. They will tell you they will offer you training but that is just to get you in the door. After that its all on your own. Communication is the worst and they don't have any clue about routing what so ever. If you go here you have a better chance of survival over the road.
Pros
There aren't any
Cons
long hours, low pay and lies

Good benefits, and pay. Needs more training programs and structure. Top heavy with Corporate Managers. At division level one person holds many job functions. To many to fully concentrate on specific role.

The job isn't hard but the coordination is off; team work doesn't exist.
Transportation works against the warehouse and vice versa with customer orders.
Pros
pay, benefits
Cons
Everything said is always the opposite.

Not worth it
Order Selector (Current Employee) –  Johnson City, TNNovember 13, 2016
Terrible job. They expect everything to be done fast and perfect. Don't mess up and pick the wrong case or they will take money out of your check. I seen people loose hundreds of dollars for a simple mistake. They dont care about the order selectors. The pay sounds good but honestly it's not somewhere to stay permanently unless you enjoy hating going to work everyday. I wouldn't recommend to my enemy
Pros
Nothing I can think of
Cons
Too much to list

Great company with poor management.
Executive Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Taunton, MANovember 10, 2016
A great company with poor management. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the corporate management level down to the workers/drivers who are facing the customers every day with service issues. There is little to no loyalty to the people who come to work every day and do their job.

Honestly do not know how this company doors is still open. Management could not tell the truth if there lives depended on it. Funny thing is I thought maybe it was the division I worked at was bad wrong transferd to another division just as dumb. I made good money but hated the job most of the people. Glad I'm gone should of booked yrs ago

Good Pay, good benefits, lacks organization
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Rogers, MNOctober 30, 2016
The pay and benefits are very good. Work long hours, company seems disorganized, but overall, not a bad place to work. The hardest part about the job is learning packages, stacking carts and running down a ramp.

Long hours, no set routes
Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Suffolk, VAOctober 26, 2016
Long hours everyday, blowing your big day almost every week. If there is an issue don't bring it up to management, nothing is done/changed they actually end up working you harder. Co-workers help when they can but they also have very long hours as well. The hardest part of the job is the run down equipment being unreliable.

Low pay, Long hours, Horrible Management
Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Valdosta, GAOctober 14, 2016
Managers are clueless, they can't route, their dispatching skills are lack luster. They claim to be a family company, but never approve vacation requests and forget about taking a day due to illness. They constantly cater to the "ol timers" that gossip and spread drama. No security. No time for family. Don't waste your time. Apply with US Foods and PFG instead.
Pros
Monday-Friday
Cons
No job security.constant drama. Treated poorly. Low pay.

A typical work day would be drive pallet jack, pick orders told through my headset, build pallets, wrap the pallet, and set them by the trailer it will be shipped on.

Truck Driver (Current Employee) –  Austell, GASeptember 22, 2016
Always in the office after pay day check is always not right. Told me they use lifts pallet Jacks ,they only have 2 lift gate trailers ,the straight truck doesn't have one they work hard for so little pay.The helpers make more than drivers.
Pros
Some good drivers who help you learn the business .
Cons
Didnt say the company charges the driver for an helper.

liked my job, always busy, great people/co-workers, there really wasn't a typical day, my days were always different depending on what was going on. I may be in Customer Service for a while, or Reception to help out or working on problems with pcs.

Chip on Shoulder is showing
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) –  Suffolk, VASeptember 6, 2016
Top Management at Reinhart Sales is a boss, not a leader. Does not value strong employees and allow them to grow but rather stifle and pump up his own self, he takes all the glory and is completely out of touch with his own team. He still trying to prove SYSCO lost something of value but few believe him or in him.

Coworkers are stronger than this manager, warehouse has the strongest team of all departments, supervisor values training, coaching and recognizing the hard work of his team. It goes a long way.
Pros
Operations and Customer Service
Cons
Not ethical in upper management and does not care nor does corporate level care

Order selector (Current Employee) –  Manassas, VAAugust 30, 2016
No training of the new employees. They put you on a electric pallet jack show you how to use it one time and expect you to know what you are doing by first break. Can't keep good workers. Over work the ones that work and most times take it easy on the slackers. A good job to have while looking for something longer lasting.
Pros
Incentive pay
Cons
Work every holiday, poor management, company lies to it's workers.
