An excellent and professional atmosphere.
A day in the telemarketing call center consists of usual outbound calls, reaching all across the country. The management team was heavily involved in the paid-training I received in the first few weeks. As for the environment, the co-workers were always quick to provide assistance, as well as keeping the mood light. The hardest part, or most challenging you could say, as with any similar sales-type occupation was trying to make commission each week. The best part about the job was you as a new hire were not high pressured into reaching certain goals, rather you were at a curved rate of expectation which increased over time, from your first 30 to 60 to 90 days. A great place to be employed.
