Mortgage Analyst (Former Employee), Blue Bell, PAFebruary 26, 2014
It is all phone sales. Cold Calls, pay well however. There is minimal call time and dials per day. Pay about 100 basis points per loan.

An excellent and professional atmosphere.
Telemarketer (Current Employee), Allentown, PAJanuary 3, 2014
A day in the telemarketing call center consists of usual outbound calls, reaching all across the country. The management team was heavily involved in the paid-training I received in the first few weeks. As for the environment, the co-workers were always quick to provide assistance, as well as keeping the mood light. The hardest part, or most challenging – more... you could say, as with any similar sales-type occupation was trying to make commission each week. The best part about the job was you as a new hire were not high pressured into reaching certain goals, rather you were at a curved rate of expectation which increased over time, from your first 30 to 60 to 90 days. A great place to be employed. – less

MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR (Current Employee), Melville, NYSeptember 17, 2012
Multitasking, running DUs and LPs.. pre-qualifying borrowers with different needs and helping them in getting their dream homes as well as refinancing mortgages for borrowers all over the United States...
Communicating between mortgage analysts, title companies and appraisal management companies...
The fun part is communicating with different people – more... all day long and also making the loans work... – less
