Cons: not very transparent approach, no secured or scheduled career path, lowest increments in the industry.

There is a full liberty to experiment and make mistakes.
But people do not talk of growth or career, rather every day there is a wave /news regarding manpower cut and threats by immediate superiors. Decison making is deeply lacking in the system as people keep passing the buck since they are not confident about the process and
