OK Reliance is Very good company I know, but where already done that reliance company is not so good, mainly the management is too poor and not employer's friendly. No off days, no rest even in a month. Salary timing is late sometime 3 to 4 days forwarded.No seek days off no medical leaves. Overall its boring just like we robots go and follow our commands.No – more... enjoyments even festival allowance is what they don't know.Overtime is 100% always but no extra benefits and lunch time is only 20min. – less

1. 3rd day at realisnce was a typical day at work. 2.(a) how to Communicate with clints (b) wirring(cunsil & open) (c)electric meter fitting& testing(single & three phase) 3. management and my co-workers are very good. 4. moat enjoyble part of the job is three phase meter fitting yet it is not work of a engeneer but i alwayes stand to hep my coworkers

I control the access of visitors to the Successor offices, checking visitors' credentials, and issuing passes to allow their entry through fast gates. I also have to patrol all offices and areas before and after opening the doors. My management and colleague provide all the support needed to fulfil my duties. A typical day is fast paced with no stopping between jobs going from one job to the next.

I would rate it as Good
There is a full liberty to experiment and make mistakes.

But people do not talk of growth or career, rather every day there is a wave /news regarding manpower cut and threats by immediate superiors. Decison making is deeply lacking in the system as people keep passing the buck since they are not confident about the process and – more... guide lines.

Suggestion-- A better clarity and open culture with designed career path will be a great solution to retain quality manpower. – less

Reliance Life Sciences is a pharma domain company.
Its a nice place to work in. As a software developer, i learnt C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET. Co-workers are very helpful & understanding.
