Order Entry Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) –  Euclid, OHJune 13, 2017
Upper management is top heavy, be prepared to listen to pharmacists talk down to you all day, Telling upper management and HR does absolutely nothing but put a target on your back, other technicians are more worried about getting the new people in trouble, less than a handful of order entry techs are black and they are micromanaged. Over all a very uncomfortable place to work, if they want you out they will find any petty reason to make sure it happens, HIGH TURN AROUND RATE

Long Term Care Pharmacist/ IV Pharmacist (Current Employee) –  Rosedale, MDMay 15, 2017
This is an exceptional job and it provides the clinical experience needed to practice in the field of pharmacy. There is room for growth and advancement and the owners are supportive of your growth in the company.

Customer Care technician (Former Employee) –  Rosedale, MDApril 24, 2017
The workplace was in a call center busy environment. There were hardly no staff and no organization at the company. Although I did learn new things and met a lot of new people.

Unprofessional, factory-like work
Automed Tech (Former Employee) –  Troy, OHApril 18, 2017
Worked there for 6 months. In that entire time, my supervisor never once let me know if I was doing a good job, only when I made a mistake, or did something she didn't like. They run their pharmacists into the ground, and treat their pharm techs like it's a factory. Pay was a joke for the work involved, and there is no opportunity for advancement. Highly religious workplace. After repeatedly saying nobody would lose their job when they moved facilites, most people lost their jobs.

Order Entry Technician (Current Employee) –  Euclid, OHApril 16, 2017
Very cliquish and ppl are rude. Not real interested in helping out new employees. There is so much to learn, and not trained properly. One person tells you one thing, then another tells you complete opposite. Not for me.

Bad management
Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) –  Euclid, OHMarch 28, 2017
Horrible place to work, horrible management, don't care about their employees, one person does the job of 2-3 people, a lot of discrimination and finger pointing going on with no proof, all employees just talk about each other and their is no type of team work whatsoever! Certain employees get treated better than others, worked there over a year and never got a raise, you don't get paid for the MANY jobs you do, VERY stressful work environment
Pros
Sometimes provided lunch
Cons
Breaks are watched, to each their own nothing is fair, dont get paid enough

Hack of a company
Pharmacist (Former Employee) –  OhioFebruary 6, 2017
Left a great job with great pay to come here only to find empty promises and upper management that is self serving and inept. Do not work here. There are nice things about the company but until they revamp leadership and change the culture of a top heavy ivory tower with unprecedented micromanagement the company will wallow in mediocrity. Their view of all employees is as a liability and not an asset.

Order Entry Technician (Current Employee) –  Ashland, VAJanuary 17, 2017
Most of the reviews are from mad employees who were fired or decided not to do their job. Like any job, it is what you make it. The company is always growing which is a positive. Very nice building. I feel like I can speak with my manager well. Some people think because management doesn't ask how high when they say jump, that they are not listining. There is a lot of work to do, but all pharmacies are busy. I like my job and my coworkers. The managers have been there a long time and I do think they care about the employees.

Bad place to work
Technician (Former Employee) –  Troy, OHDecember 18, 2016
Long hours, no appreciation , make you give up your vacation days because their so short staffed. Management will not come in on their day off or give up their vacation. Will criticize you for coming in doing your job and going home, Pay not that good for all your expected to do. Raise is only 1.8% every so many years. Worked there 3 years only made 20 cents more than when I started. They are very vindictive and disrespectful.

Dont do it. Walk away. Its not worth it.
Technician (Current Employee) –  Troy, OHDecember 9, 2016
This place is unbelievable, it is filled with nothing but drama.(most of it coming from higher ups) There is a reason the turnover rate is so high. Long hours, and if you leave at your time to leave.. it's frowned on. Training is horrible, and they kick you out early (even if you ask to stay in) then they yell at you when you aren't producing enough for them. Very money hungry business who does not take care of their employees. When being interviewed, make sure you get everything in writing that you were promised because it will change as soon as you except the job.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) –  Euclid, OHNovember 23, 2016
some days are fine: you do your work, you help others when possible, you go home. But just as many days you are so bogged down by having to find and fix the mistakes of others upstream in your work flow that you can barely keep up. The management is good, but often hamstrung but what upper management will let them have to work with. It's an OK place to earn a paycheck, but not a longterm career option.
Pros
The supervisors are more than fair across the board
Cons
no advancement opportunity, low pay

Account Representative (Current Employee) –  Troy, OHJuly 3, 2016
A typical day usually start with work drama. What didn't get done last day. Job responsibilities changes continuously, One should be open to learn new systems often. Company use their own proprietary softwares so not many skills to take with you to next job. Management try their best to maintain the great work environment but unfortunately employees are not grateful. Hardest part of the job is co-workers drama. Most enjoyable part is to get your job done regardless all the drama.
Pros
Overtime available, Open 24 Hours for three different shifts.
Cons
Co-workers are very self centered.

Do not work here
IV / PSR technician (Current Employee) –  Rosedale, MDJune 25, 2016
This company does not acknowledge or empower hard working employees. They are completely insensitive to employee needs and management is lousy. They have a habit of taking on more business than they have the people and resources to accommodate which in turn burns out employees and sets unattainable goals. There is no job security here and employee morale is very low. They also have the highest turn over rate of any company I have ever worked for.
