On the plus side you start at a higher rate of pay for what you do than most places. On the negative side, there are no yearly reviews or raises, so the only way to get a raise typically involves some rather unprofessional behavior and thus often isn't based off of quantifiable or work related skills. Moving ahead or getting any improvement in pay in that company, at least in the admission support dept, is nearly non-existant. The favoritism is rampant.
