I had a really good experience working for this company. Everyone was very friendly and honest with me in regards to my role. I would have loved to have been paid more but I knew what was being offered when I accepted the job.
The management and staff are very unprofessional and lack the basic customer service skills they require. My former recruiter failed to to return my phone calls and when I finally had enough and asked to speak to a manager because I was going to report my recruiter, the secretary refused to get a supervisor and brought my recruiter on the phone instead. They will do whatever is necessary to cover up their wrong doing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The companies they place you at have very high turnover rates so it is af if they are setting you up for failure. This company is about making money by any means necessary.

Denver is a very poorly managed branch of RemX. The Market Manager has been out of the industry for 11 years, just recently returning. They are about 5 years behind in basic technology, and there is limited to no training to use the antiquated software.
The company offers below average salaries, and way below average commission structures. They offer a plethora of bonuses, most of which never materialize no matter what the production.
Because the organization charges very high margins, there is a lot of wealth created, but it concentrates and the top and producers have limited growth potential.

Got a call from a nice young woman at their Sherman Oaks location saying that she found my resume and was looking to fill an Accounts Payable position. She said she was impressed with my resume and asked if i can meet her the next day and also potentially interview with her client soon after. She submitted my resume to her client and they asked to interview me right away, I was surprised with how fast she got the ball rolling for me. Needless to say, her client hired me and I started the next week. And this job is perfect for me. Its like she knew exactly what I was looking for. Anywho - thank you so much!
This particular position really allowed me to learn how to juggle many tasks at once. The duties consisted of anything from taking calls, sending appointments through and monitoring schedules to weekly payroll functions

It was a pleasure to work for this staffing agency. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They placed me on a job - that the boss and I were just not getting along some days and some days were great. Once the employer starting attacking my character and ripping apart my resume, i realized that there might be a problem. I reached out to Mecca and advised here, the incident happened again about 2 weeks later - i called Mecca again. The situation was resolved before i knew it and all parties are happy.
A typical day at work was receiving goals for the day and accomplishing them on time. I learned to manage my time and skills cohesively. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that I represented RemX well and helped meet a need effectively and efficiently.
