Hostile and Uncomfortable Work Environment... RUN, DON'T WALK FOR TJESE !!!
Sales and Catering, Manager - August 19, 2015
The Renaissance was constantly busy, and I was never out of things to do, which I loved. The work/personal life ratio was definitely imbalanced, as the management's expectations are for you to be up there 24/7/365. The upper management in my department need to have a little more discretion about what topics of conversation is acceptable in a professional work environment. The "blame game" was a constant there, and preferential treatment to particular employees tended to divide everyone in the department.... Basically, everyone needs to pull their own weight. Did i mention that you have to not only pay to park, but walk about 5-6 city blocks to get to work. THE BEST thing that came out of my time at the Renaissance were the lifelong friends that I made while employed there!
