With our innovative technology capabilities and quality products, ReneSola is actively expanding the downstream business, providing integrated solutions for commercial, residential and utility projects to tirelessly and continuously improve the strategic status of solar energy and to further improve our innovative capability.
Currently we are expanding our US sales team and this sales representative position will work with our experienced team to pursue small Residential & Commercial solar business opportunities from companies which provide leads and solar project installation.

This position will include, but not be limited to the following job functions:
Cold call business in person and mine existing and prospective clients to chase new orders and referral business;

1.Create, follow, and update lead in web based CRM systems.
2.Offer primary system design and basic trouble shooting for clients; Lead technical support team for complicated technical questions.
3.Independently close deal and work with operation team for in time delivery
4.Attend weekly sales meetings.

As sales Representative, you will receive:
1.Annual 30k+comission first 3 months, - 40k+comission+insurance
2.Competitive commission rate on individual sales revenue and margin;

4.Complete training and orientation on product and market;
5.Individualized support and career coaching
6.Promotion will be granted to be as sales manager if performance quarterly ranks on top;

To qualify, you must have:

1.Minimum Science and Engineering or related Associate Degree.
2. Recent graduate
3.Minimum 1 year Telemarketing or solar residential system &product sales experience.
4.Proven track record of closing sales over the phone call.
5.Energetic and natural sales;
6.Good understanding and knowledge on solar system or product.
7.Preference will be given to those with any of the following
8.A veteran of Tel-sales.
9.Solar Installer or system design experiences;
10. Technical engineer sales experiences;
11.Knowledge of Sales force or CRM system logic preferred but not required.
