Job Description: Candidate possess great communication skills with the ability to clearly make points upon delivery to small and large group settings. Effectively able to read large manual reports, catalogs, standard operating procedures while interpreting the content quickly by cascading the highlights to a small audience at times.
Organization: Candidate has a proven history of being an effective organized individual with both work and life by using organizational tools such as but not limited to google calendar, google docs, day planner, and other scheduler tools that promote organization. This individual can create, schedule, plan, and deliver in all aspects of entertaining high profile visits from extremely important business prospects that will visit headquarters throughout the year. Planing involves but again not limited to making welcome signs, creating itineraries, name tags, scheduling transportation to and from the airport, car service, hotel accommodations, and other related and non related tasks set forth by their manager.
Administration and Coordination: Candidate is capable of working among different business units to achieve positive results for the company resulting in a positive experience for our customer. Ability to take direction from manager and execute on specific tasks with quick turnaround deadlines, follow ups, and check in's throughout the week. Familiar with direct reporting software like 15/5 and Base camp which are both used for tracking progress, outlining projects, setting goals, and helping with sourcing with other departments.
Customer Service: Arguably the most critical aspect of this role and responsibility. This individual will be expect to provide the highest levels of customer service, follow through, follow up, direct calling, feedback, surveys, thank you cards, and other related and non related tasks set forth by their manager. Participation with trade shows which includes but limited to scheduling, building, creating plans, setting expectations with national vendors, local representatives, working directly with companies to secure the booth space, rental of chairs, shipping of equipment and other related and non related tasks set forth by the manager.
Operations: Candidate familiar reading contracts specifically from the real estate and or property management industry however basic understanding of real estate laws, policies, and procedures is acceptable. This individual will be expected to be the single point of contact as it relates to explaining specific contractual language set forth by the agreements, contracts, manuals. Ability to quickly reference and respond to questions will be critical to the overall success.
Sales and Support: ability to ascertain a large amount of information with a quick response to specific matters as it relates to the business and overall positive growth of the company. Understands how to “issue spot” by reading thoroughly manuals, standard operating procedures. Proven sales competency with cold, warm, calling experience coupled with the knowledge of scheduling, conducting effective, impactful pre sales presentations. Comfortable working on multiple platforms such as PC/Macnintosh, Microsoft applications related to office services, scanners, facsmile, printers but not limited to this media. Knowledge with creating quick sales presentations, sales sheets, pre and post analysis that will allow for greater communication and ability for the prospective client to make a informed decision based on the information provided to them.
