Duties of a leasing agent/ property manager include:
Reports to Operations team.
Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using Renters Warehouse resources and software.
Face to face sales of our award winning tenant placement and monthly property management system and services.
Process background information on potential tenants.
Prepare leasing documents and contracts.
Schedule property visits and showings.
Collect first month’s rent and deposits from new tenants.
Conduct move in and move out property inspections.
Customer service related to the property owner and tenants needs prior to and leading up to tenancy.
Comply with Colorado Department of Commerce requirements for all real estate transactions.
Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities information provided by the Department of Local Affairs of Colorado
Skill Necessary to Apply:
MUST possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License
Good at Face to Face Sales
Very proficient with online business solutions such as Word, Excel.
Possess a dependable vehicle.
Be willing to get or already have a smart phone with use of full data and text.
Ability to use a CRM - lead tracker.
Excellent with computers and technology in general. (Docusign, cloud based software, smartphones, application)
Willing to work long hours and weekends.

Compensation: FULL TIME - 100% Commission Based - You get paid every time you rent a property. Commission is 50% of every 1st months rent of every property you rent. Additionally bonuses are earned for securing/selling our monthly management services. Additionally budget and quotas are established, passing these numbers earns additional commission and bonuses. Real first year potential of 100k.
Location: Office is located in Denver, Colorado
Hours: As an independent contractor, you will control your time off and hours, however it is expected an agent will work Mon-Sat.
