Operations Manager/Appraisal Coordinator, Murray, UT - June 9, 2015
Typical day at work included answering phones and emails. Assisting the CEO/Vice President with any projects and reconciling accounting spreadsheets. Learned about the mortgage industry at an involved level. Manager was always conscientious willing to work with employees for any needs they had. Co-workers were hard workers and were willing to take direction and work as a team. We dealt with many individuals who relied on the perfect completion of their reports in order to receive their livelihood. This could potentially create tension and it was our job to diffuse the situation and resolve it. People and workplace environment were fantastic.
