Horrible place to work
warehouse associate (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 19, 2016
They lie to u about bonuses and incentives. There is no career opportunities to advance to. They treat their employees like slaves with no regard for your well being. The absolute worst company I've ever worked for. They need a union cause the things they do is illegal. Would not recommend anyone working there.

Poor management, very little appreciation shown for hard work and long work weeks. Decent pay but expect to put in a lot of hours.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Deerfield Beach, FLDecember 2, 2015
The managers are great, the work is a lot, but it helps make the day go by fast. Everyday there was a learning experience. Great company, amazing staff, overall one of the best companies I've worked for. Manager was always willing to teach and help me grow as a person and as an employee.
Pros
There is always a luncheon, everyone is friendly, never a dull moment.
Cons
No time off during the busy season (October, November, and December).

Team Captain and new team member trainer (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXJune 16, 2015
This job taught me a lot about how not to treat people, and taught me a lot about the ethics of business. There were several aspects of this company that worked "within a grey" area of the law.
Pros
Made decent money.
Cons
Just about everything.

Company does not provide a career path for employees
Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXMay 20, 2015
The company does not have gas allowance. They cap you off on how much commission you can make. They make you focus so much on their goals that you don't get to make extra money to help pay off for the gas money you spend driving on your own car. Managers do no work with you. Managers are always changing so communication does not get to reps efficiently and reps are always having to change different management styles and we would have to start over having to prove to our new manager that we are great at what we do. All the good reps get overlooked. No salary increase.
Pros
Flexible hours
Cons
The company does not have gas allowance. No rewards for your hard work.

They don't care about you and no one listens
Sales (Current Employee) –  TexasMarch 27, 2015
The company has gone downhill since growing and becoming more corporate. The management doesn't value its people or retaining good talent. It's a shame that everyone is replaceable and that no one cares about you. Things need to change, especially culture, but management won't listen to constructive criticism.
Pros
Sometimes you get a free bottle of booze, and if you're on the liquor side, you can get a lot of free trips
Cons
Everything else

On-Premise Spirits Rep (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXDecember 1, 2014
Great starter job out of college! The industry is a lot of fun. Work hard, play hard type of atmosphere. For the alcohol industry, I still find it surprising how little the reps get paid here for the amount of hustle put into the job. Like I said, great starter job for a few years. Money is decent for management.
