Good company to work for
GENERAL MANAGER-Ann Arbor (Former Employee) –  Charleston, SCMarch 28, 2017
An aggressive parking management company. Turnover in management changed things. They had a good plan to manage parking for Cities. They were able to improve the parking in the city and increase revenue for the City they were managing.

Not a long term desirable position to retain a employee
Booth Attendant (Former Employee) –  Chattanooga, TNDecember 22, 2016
Present management has a problem with employee retention due to a quick temper disposition. Position needs more training before allowing a new hire to work by themselves. The computer system and hardware installed has continuous technical problems There is no bathroom available for a booth attendant to use due to the airport authority removing it and not planning for a bathroom.
Pros
Physically a easy job. Free parking
Cons
No bathroom, no training, no pay incentives

Awful Company
Customer Service/ Customer Service (Former Employee) –  VirginiaNovember 9, 2016
Worked as a cashier this past season and it was an awful experience. So much gossiping, felt like I was in high school again.

Management is awful, they do not follow any set rules or standards. Very unprofessional.

Dealt with so many discrimination issues and the corporate office did nothing to investigate.
Pros
Decent pay.
Cons
Management, culture, everything.

Meter technician
Meter Technician (Former Employee) –  Waterloo, IANovember 5, 2016
Inconsistent and idiotic should be the main objectives to describe the management. I say that to say this, they will make you hate the job. The job itself can be done by trained monkeys it's that easy. But to be honest, with being micromanaged and lied to I can understand why there is always a high turnover.
Pros
Easy job
Cons
Incompetent management high turnover rate

Meaningless job
Cashier (Current Employee) –  Virginia Beach, VASeptember 15, 2016
The pay is great for what you have to do, but it's a very seasonal job.
Management only tends to follow their policies when it is convenient for them.
Training is at best a joke, and any mistake you make will be held against you, even if your accuracy rating is nearly perfect.
Days alternate between insanely boring and insanely busy. Overall, I would only recommend this job if you already have steady employment and are just looking to make a few extra dollars over the summer
Pros
Easy work, good pay
Cons
Poor training, staff not supported by management

Local or job site great, but Corp just not their for you. Do not care about interworkings of employees.
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Bradenton, FLSeptember 2, 2016
Loved the job and coworkers.Even low pay was ok but disrespect of Corp. In Tennessee was unforgivable, the last 5 years as OG's started retiring. These people started business and knew how things must work. Then they were replaced with realty people ect. They just did not get anything but bottom line.
Pros
Coworkers, helping each other out, Holiday parties, Birthday cakes, Full timers paid 6 holidays, Mgr. and Asst. Mgr. 2 weeks vacation time, could be used as sick days.
Cons
No healthcare for few full time employees, Grabbing breaks and lunches as flights dictated business, Late flts till all hours even into am hours.

Rude
Valet Parking Attendant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXJuly 18, 2016
the managers treat their employees like their worthless. The managers are highly rude and you will get fired over the littlest thing. Also you cannot have your cell phone on you period. Not even on your lunch break. You will be fired on the spot if they catch you with your phone. They hire and fire everyday.
Pros
good tips
Cons
rude managers
