Good company, many changes, still in a pay freeze after 3 years.

Pros: easy to take time off.
Cons: this company does not give raises.
Managment is great at the local level. No pay riases, still in a pay freeze, easy to ask for time off.

Friendly atmosphere, wide variety of client needs

Pros: friendly coworkers, variety, flexibility
Cons: dealing with corporate edicts
Fun and challenging part was that every day was different so you never got bored or fell into a rut. Plus the staff all got along really well.

Downside was that Corporate liked to tie local branch's hands (limits on staffing they were allowed to have, plus company-wide every year take away more benefits and had no raises for multiple years in a row).

Local – more...  branch was GREAT. Corporate direction and controls not so great. – less

Cons: no paid vacation time build up, no affordable health benefits, hard to find replacement if i am sick.
Excellent place to work. Staff are accessible and easy to talk to. Will usually work with my available schedule and if I have to be out of town, there is no problem. When my daughter had major surgery that required me to be out of work for six to eight weeks about six months after I was hire, there was no problem and I still had my job as well as my – more...  same patient when I was able to return to work. – less
