Responsible for branch operations: marketing, sales, compliance, etc.

Managment is great at the local level. No pay riases, still in a pay freeze, easy to ask for time off.

Fun and challenging part was that every day was different so you never got bored or fell into a rut. Plus the staff all got along really well.

Downside was that Corporate liked to tie local branch's hands (limits on staffing they were allowed to have, plus company-wide every year take away more benefits and had no raises for multiple years in a row).

provide care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own home.

Excellent place to work. Staff are accessible and easy to talk to. Will usually work with my available schedule and if I have to be out of town, there is no problem. Great clients and support staff. very flexible. a variety of levels of care from supervising dementia patients to tube feeding hospice patients

Supervisors are very professional, but comfortable and easy to talk to. They are supportive and always available.
