a place where patients can get the best nurses and drs. to care for them

Pros: great job, co-workers
Cons: getting up so early
The patient started with me. I admitted them after they entered the front lobby. in the hospital. I learned how important it was to listen to the pts., I even made friends with some of the" regulars",by that I mean pts., who had weekly appointments.
I had simply the "best" co-workers, we all worked as a team.
The hardest part about my job was wittnessing – more... the pain some of them were experiencing.

i stayed for two years and ay problems i took to h.r. was investingated but co- workers who had been there for years would never speak up because the

Pros: free lunch, benefits
Cons: various types of discrimination, salary cap, no advancement
For the first 8 or 9 months everything went very smooth. Then were comments being made(racially). Had an incident when a worker threw peanut butter @ me and that got swept under. Management never really handled problems, but always stated not to go h.r. maybe it was just that area.
