Small Non-franchise Real Estate Firm
Real Estate Consultant (Current Employee), Fayetteville, NC – April 10, 2013
Pros: self paced schedule
Cons: my self paced schedule is a bit more agressive than the other agents
A very close knit real estate firm. Loosly managed due to excessive workload and lack of reliable agents. Lead generation is difficult due to the expense which is not offset by productive agents.

A very rewarding period.
Commercial Carpenter (Former Employee), Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York State – November 16, 2012
Pros: effort was rewarded and seniority supported.
Cons: working in any weather no matter the season.
Tradesource employs a select group of tradespeople that are among the best in the construction industry.
I took great pride in representing this company regardless of the duration of my contracts or how difficult the job was.
I worked for large and well known companies and corporations that paid great salaries and Tradesource benefits were the best – more... in the staffing business.
If you were willing to travel there was never a shortage of work and bonuses were paid for being dependable on a nearly regular basis. – less

Productive and fun place for place for high school students to get a chance to experience a little taste of the college life.
Peer Advisor (Former Employee), Arlington, TX – September 13, 2012
A typical day at work consisted started at 5 p.m. and ended at 10 a.m. Starting at 5 me and three of my co-workers would take the kids to dinner, and at 6 take them to sports, where they would have the choices of soccer, volleyball, and basketball. From 8 pm to 10:30 the kids are allowed to mingle and catch up on work they may have. At 11:00 p.m. it – more... is lights out. I have to do two random room checks throughout the night to make sure the girls were safe and in their rooms. At 5:30 wake the kid up for our daily workout session. Then take them to breakfast and to their first class of the day. The hardest part of the job was making sure everyone was ready by a certain time so that we could do different tasks in an orderly manner. The job as a whole was very enjoyable. It was an awesome experience because I was surrounded by very helpful people. – less

Customer Service Rep (Cable Company) for both residential and business accounts.
Customer Service Cablevision (Former Employee), Woodbury, NY – August 14, 2012
Pros: the benefits, co-workers, learning how to deal with customers, satisfaction of resolving their needs.
Cons: the very few times a customer would call and yell over the phone without reasoning.
Dealt with Cablevision customers over the phone and assisted them with, billing, upgrades, downgrades, troubleshooting, cable service issues, and setting up trouble call to their home or business.
I learned how to deal with various customers and assure them that everything was being done to give them the best service possible.
Management was very fair – more... and advancement was common and based on very fair job performance evaluations.
I enjoyed the different topic for each call and dealing with my co-workers. – less

great income, just not a garuanteed study income.
Electrician (Current Employee), lake county, illinois – May 3, 2012
Pros: wages, retirement package, skills, training
Cons: layoffs, economy, no future
I love my career. Going to work everyday is a learning experience. I get to meet new people daily, and excel at a high level. If I work on a project that I have never done before, I learn how to from the best in the market.
The hardest part of my job is knowing the end of the project is coming, and knowing I'll be sitting home looking for a new job – more... in the near future. The up and down roller coaster of a career is hard to save, and hard to predict. The unstable times makes it hard to have any kind of bright future.
The most enjoyable part of my job is knowing I can go to work, make an honest wage, provide for my family and getting acknowledged for doing a great job. – less

A learning experience, proved to me that I want to stay in the Mental Health field
LPN (Current Employee), Norwood MA – April 11, 2012
A typical day at work includes, arriving at 3pm, doing a report from the previous shift, checking in wit the nurse manager, doing the medication count, administering 4pm medication since I work 3-11pm), checking in with all of the consumers to assess their state of mind , and how they are doing. I work with usually 1-2 other counselors, who I am very – more... friendl y with, and love working with them. The hardest part of the day is when it occassionally gets hectic, and there is a lot of paperwork and meedications to count, as I am the only nurse on the evening shift. The most enjoyable part of my job is the fact the the consumers teach me more, than any kind of class could! – less
