Duties using Quickbooks Pro software include:

  • Create and maintain customer and vendor records
  • Create time tracking records
  • Create invoices and maintain Accounts Receivable records
  • Record bills and maintain Accounts Payable records
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
  • Administer company payroll function
  • Create and file quarterly sales tax and pass-through withholding tax forms
  • Create reports as requested

Other duties include:

  • Respond to emails and requests as needed
  • Work with CPA as needed
  • General office support such as mail, filing, maintaining office supplies


  • Minimum of 2 years direct bookkeeping experience or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business or closely related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, email, and PCs
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to deal positively with the co-workers, customers and vendors
