Duration: 30 months
Responsible for defining, planning, and application monitoring, support activities for call center management applications including trouble shooting, Daily health check validation, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, training, and script/code writing
- Hands-on technical support across a broad range of technical areas
- Strong understanding of web application
- Ability to perform round the clock application manual health check
- Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL
- Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio)
