One of our clients Verizon in Irvine,CA is looking for Support Analyst with the following skills for a 1-2 years long contract. Please go over the requirement and submit qualified resumes.

NOTE: Candidate must be willing to work on RTS W2.

Duration: 30 months

Support Analyst
Responsible for defining, planning, and application monitoring, support activities for call center management applications including trouble shooting, Daily health check validation, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, training, and script/code writing
- Hands-on technical support across a broad range of technical areas
- Strong understanding of web application
- Ability to perform round the clock application manual health check
- Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL
- Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio)
