Provides direct leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that high level of cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all assigned areas
  • Instrumental in staff selection and interview process
  • Ensure that proper supply control guidelines are followed and staff is trained in the use of all chemicals
  • Responsible for all scheduling in order to meet the facility's needs in accordance with hours and position control
  • Proactive approach to identifying and correcting facility quality assurance concerns
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
  • Valid NC Driver’s License

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer/client contact required

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
