communication between supervisor and employee need to improve, tasks that need to be done, standards for one employee needs to be the same as other employees, as far as location on the same work site. It is a good place to work because the family comes first.
Very poor management and balance between multiple locations.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the work. Seasonally very busy, with the preparation of mailings for the Annual Meetings, Budget Meetings etc. At the same time, responsible for all real estate sales and direct contact with the Board of Directors, buyers and sellers for 100 communities in Marco Island.
Preparation of Estoppels, Condo Questionnaires for the Lenders. For mailings create and verify all documentation being mailed. Proxies, agendas, budgets, etc. and responsible for the time line of all of these mailings.
Prepare meeting folders, tracking the return of any documentation needed from the homeowners.
The worst part was this location was run with myself and a receptionist and many times it was difficult to give good customer service with the volume of work and expectations.
