I worked here as my first job out of culinary school. I started pretty much at the bottom and moved up fairly quickly. I did learn a lot about high volume cooking, although it wasn't the best culinary experience as there is a lot of pre-fab food. It is a decent job with decent pay, but if you want to learn about fine dining there is very limited opportunity. Fine dining is only in the steakhouse, which has a very small staff.
