Senior Response Clerk (Former Employee), New York, NYJune 10, 2013
Pros: cafeteria prices were outrageously low, benefits were outstanding
Cons: too much overtime
So much overtime was accumulated in this role. It seemed like the work wouldn't end or slow down. The number of calculations being done was growing each year. I truly appreciated this being my first role in the corporate world.

Customer Service Adviser (Former Employee), GlasgowMarch 9, 2014
Pros: good working conditions
Cons: high sales targets and paid nwm as agency staff
On Esure contract, always a busy day dealing with high volume of calls from car insurance customers looking for renewal quotes and general infroamtion on their policy. I learned to keep calm in situations when customer here complaining and unhappy with aspects of their policy. Team leaders where supportive and helpful, good bunch of co-workers. Harderst – more... part was dealing with high targets of up selling, not in original job description. Most enjoyable part, meeting my curernt girlfriend. – less

Inbound Sales Advisor (Former Employee), GlasgowJuly 29, 2013
The role requires dealing with incoming calls from customers, listening and understanding any queries they may have and solving issues encountered quickly. I am encouraged to build rapport with customers and to be empathetic with them during calls while staying polite and professional.
During my time here I have adapted well to the role and worked efficiently – more... especially during busy times when leading up to application deadlines. The role has also given me further opportunity to work in a team and working to achieve targets and well as further improving my customer service skills. My role also involves working independently to find answers to customer’s queries and using my initiative to solve problems. I have also improved my organisational skills, ensuring that the correct procedure is followed after a call and relevant paperwork is filled out. The role has allowed me to improve many different areas, learn new skills and enter into a different working environment as well as allowing me to gain experience of working full time hours. – less

Cons: no training, wages are late, hr, managers
This place is a complete joke. You apply for one company and they place you in another, with worse hours and no training and expect you to deal with abuse from customers.

High Turn Over Of Staff For A Reason
Customer Service (Former Employee), City Point Glasgow SFEMay 23, 2013
Pros: nothing
Cons: shifts do not fit with anyone with a family life
This was a temp job over summer until i started uni and by far one of the worst i have had. Was given empty promises in my interview which soon came to light at training stages and there were many flaws with my contract in order for me not to be paid my end of contract bonus. I brought all my concerns to the attention of HR and the head of department – more... and i was one of the fortunate individuals who was given a set shift due to the incorrect information i was given at interview stage. I also highlighted and initialled the flaws in the contract in order to guarantee my bonus, many others left without their bonus due to this clause. This is not a company i would work for again. – less

Management not very good (line manager)
Project/Support Worker (Former Employee), Oxford, Bicester & BanburyMay 21, 2013
Pros: training centre is very good
Cons: not paying petrol and having to drive to and from places, other cities
Felling kind of a click within the old and new staff.
Very good training department overall.
I learned more about the services around Banbury and Bicester
I learned to work with the new system like PSOC (used by Oxfordshire Mind and Response in their partneship).
The hardest was to work professionally with certain members of staff due to the click, – more... not taking things personally.
Residents very nice to work with, good mixture of male and female members. It was good to get to know them and see them engaged. – less
