Pros: cafeteria prices were outrageously low, benefits were outstanding
Cons: too much overtime
So much overtime was accumulated in this role. It seemed like the work wouldn't end or slow down. The number of calculations being done was growing each year. I truly appreciated this being my first role in the corporate world.

Cons: high sales targets and paid nwm as agency staff
On Esure contract, always a busy day dealing with high volume of calls from car insurance customers looking for renewal quotes and general infroamtion on their policy. I learned to keep calm in situations when customer here complaining and unhappy with aspects of their policy. Team leaders where supportive and helpful, good bunch of co-workers. 0630 in for work out on road for 0700, Deal with alarm activation, and the time management for dealing with multi alarm activations. I have learnt to accurate in my report writing. Management are generally ok.The guys i work with are good,hardest part of the job is time management, the end of the day when you have had a hard day and got through it.
