Paul's (classic saloon and dining room), Neyla (Mediterranean cuisine), and Paolo's Ristorante (Italian foods). It also runs Georgia Brown's (home cooking) and Old Glory Bar-B-Que. In addition, the company operates an up-market quick-service eatery called Pik a Pita. Senior executive Paul Cohn (formerly the manager of R&B artists Peaches and Herb) opened J. Paul's in 1982.
