Restoration Hardware, Inc. is a specialty retailer of hardware, bathware, furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and gifts that reflects its classic and authentic American point of view. The Company operated 102 stores and nine outlet stores in 30 states, the District of Columbia and Canada as of February 2, 2008. Restoration Hardware is organized into two segments: Stores segment and Direct-to-customer segment. Additionally, Restoration Hardware launched Restoration Hardware Trade, a direct sales division targeting home and hospitality developers.
