Every morning we would have a staff meeting on what the days activities were and divide them up. Then we would divide into small crews and start performing our duties which included collecting bad plants and flowers and taking them to a rack to be sent back to be credited. Then we would fill the empty spaces with fresh product. We would also build endcaps and tables according to the Plan-O-Gram. My favorite part of the job was organizing the different colored plants and flowers in designs.
