ONE HOT MESS!!!!
Anonymous (Former Employee), New York, NYMarch 18, 2014
Pros: great learning experience
Cons: not a great place to work
If you like to be told to do rather than to think; if you like to work 24/7; if you like to be counseled rather than coached; if you like to be managed rather than lead, then THIS is the place for you!
The senior leadership, all from overseas, is completely clueless on how to lead, motivate and foster a culture of respect and growth.
Their methods of – more... motivating involve intimidation; public humiliation; and profanity.
They are completely out of touch in how to do businessin the US.

P.S. the culture is HR approved! – less

Pros: good pay
Cons: change these faces, or close soon, get professionals
Good ...Challenging ...but not funny as a company
funny as a circus only
Management trying the best ..but mother company employees
from overseas are horrible ....No culture
aggressive politics...
Poor culture
poor qualifications

you forget to say that in the construction department ..there is a dump and there is a dumper and this is was the blind leads the blind.....horrible waste of many just only cause of using this dump couple , they go to lowest bidders to increase the prices just only to reduce the price difference in the comparisons ....these faces betrayed the hands that feeds them , but no shame ,,such a company deserve such failure ...garbage in = garbage out

Brand Manager, Director of Stores (Current Employee), Manhattan, NYJanuary 22, 2014
It considers as an add to my global experience. The organization is very flat and run by practicing professionals, with a lean management group that supports and guides rather than controls.
