Opportunity:
As a Sales Account Executive you will join a team selling a managed service to IT professionals in multi-location corporate clients within healthcare, financial services, and other related industries. We are looking for bright, aggressive, hunters who want an opportunity to shine, earn a high income, and grow with our company.

Key Success Factors:

  • Aggressive in establishing new accounts (hunters only--no farmers need apply!)
  • Successfully taking leads and prospects through the sales cycle to close in a minimum amount of time
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to sell at the C-level
  • Ability to negotiate and close large projects ($millions+) with diligence
  • Ability to work on own and be self-directed
  • Creativity and quick-thinker
  • Excellent follow-through skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven sales success
  • Proven success in quota over achievement
  • Experience in selling to national accounts
  • Must have documented experience selling to C-level clients
  • Solution Selling, Spin Selling, or some other sales process background is a must!
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Able and willing to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Outsourcing or managed service sales experience
  • Software or ASP sales experience helpful
  • Strong presentation skills

Compensation & Benefits:
Your drive and performance will be rewarded with a base salary plus commission. Candidate must live in the Columbus metropolitan area and will work out of our Upper Arlington office.
