Productive and fun workplace with ping pong table
Business Analyst (Current Employee), New York, NYMarch 18, 2013
Pros: occassional free lunches, fun outings, very intelligent co-workers
Cons: not much room for advancements or raises
Management doesn't hassle employees, but rather allows them to be responsible and decide on their work/life schedule. Ping pong breaks are encouraged as is a work hard/play hard motto, which employees very much so adhere to.

Productive and fun place to work at with pool and pingpong tables
Intern, Financial Engineering Department (Former Employee), New York, NYFebruary 25, 2013
I learned about software development life cycle, treasury risk management and derivative pricing. Co-workers are easy going, smart and friendly. My manager was very helpful too. Most enjoyable part of the job is that I don't have to dress up formal everyday to go to work. It's like working seriously in a relaxing environment.
