In my time with Revel to this point, they are a good company. Not great but good. While they consider themselves a "start-up" they simply are not. They do this to keep costs down and valuation high. The path of advancement is not clearly defined, especially if you do not work in the San Fran HQ. The compensation is well below industry average. My team is fantastic but there is definitely some mismanagement at the C-Level.
