Technical Support

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Understanding of TCP/IP server applications and operation systems is a plus, but not required
  • Extraordinary customer service and problem solving skills
  • Adept at translating complex concepts to easy-to-understand terms and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Experience in POS and the restaurant industry is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls and emails and maintain/update our help desk
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical product problems
  • Educate and conduct 1 on 1 training with clients as requested
  • Resolve client issues in a positive and effective manner
