High-speed, low-drag sales firm seeks proven IT solution/software Sales Rep to join our growing team and represent an IBM TRIRIGA facilities management software implementation services provider. Position demands a fearless self-starter that can quickly step up to target, engage, negotiate, close and grow long-term clients that use large-scale property management and facility planning optimization software.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Primary – Target, engage and close new client sales of TRIRIGA implementation project services
  • Secondary – Create and sell more into long term client-for-life relationships with add-on service sales

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • 4-year college degree and proficient computer skills required in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 5 years software or implementation services solution sales in business-to-business market. TRIRIGA and facilities management knowledge a huge plus
  • Can operate independently while leading others with minimal supervision
  • US Citizen – Prior military service a plus

Compensation - 1st year comp $100K+ w/ unlimited non-capped commission and bonus, plus benefits
