Customer Care Specialist (Denver Area)

Currently seeking candidates to fill customer-facing retail positions. An ideal candidate will be able to provide a high level of customer service to the company's walk-in clientele. The candidate should have great time management skills, have good attention to detail and exude a positive attitude with both customers and peers. Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to clock-in on time
  • Provide customers with friendly and courteous service
  • Work as a team with manager and other CSR's
  • Responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately tagged, detailed and entered into the system
  • Reporting customer service issues to the store manager
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization and attractiveness of location's interior
  • Answer phone

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive attitude, responsive, customer-focused
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and service abilities
  • Self-motivated, productive with limited supervision
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt assistance, providing accurate information regarding their orders and inquiries
  • Dress code and uniform requirements
  • Ability to work at multiple locations if needed
  • Ability to work beyond scheduled hours until job is complete
  • Team player, willingness to aid other team members

Pay starts at $8.50 per hour with bonus opportunities available based on performance
