Sr. Technical Support Analyst - $35,000 to $55,000 plus benefits

Located in Denver, RezStream is a small, private company with 20 passionate professionals. We provide reservation software, booking engine software, internet marketing and website design services to independent hotels. We are launching our new cloud based reservation software in 2013 and need to staff up our support group to service both legacy and new products.
Our support technicians handle inbound and outbound tickets generated via telephone calls and emails from both customers and internal employees. Help desk issues range from new client set-up and training, to software upgrades and system maintenance, to unique trouble shooting issues.
You MUST have the following to apply:
1. Help desk experience, preferably in an external/client facing environment
2. Strong technical skills with an emphasis on software applications and networking on the Microsoft stack (degree in IT/CS or a Microsoft MCP or A+ Certification preferred)
3. A positive, patient and inquisitive personality
4. A desire to service customers and work on a range of technical issues
