Felt good to know I was helping special needs individuals with every day living situations.
Pros: getting to know clients
Cons: pay rate and appreciation value of employees
-Assist physical, mental, and developmental individuals with every day living tasks and situations.
-That the clients are a lot more intelligent then most people would know.
-Management was all over the place
-Some co workers were slackers and some did the job correctly
-Hardest part of the job was bringing home a paycheck that is not equivalent to the amount of time, effort, care, emotion you give.
-Helping people that are less fortunate of being able to do things on their own.
