Fear and intimidation
Supervisor/Manager (Former Employee) –  Columbia, SCNovember 24, 2016
The Finance department is ruled with fear, verbal abuse and intimidation.

Employees are accountable for deadlines they often do not have control and/or authority to achieve.

The turnover is extremely high so there is a constant loss of knowledge base.
Pros
Good benefits and co-workers
Cons
Everything else

Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter (Current Employee) –  Columbia, SCOctober 19, 2014
I may have 30 peoples to come in and fill out application and to ask questions when the phone is ringing and someone may just need a phone number to another department. I also received daily unemployment claims and verification for employment.

What I have learn is to priority my duties and not to get stress.

The management team always willing to help and to give support.
The most enjoyable part of my job is to be able to help a citizen or employee
Pros
The Training that we are given to support our jobs
Cons
I think it would be snow time (where we have to use our time)
