A typical day at work for consists of greeting and helping customers get to the bottom of the automotive concerns with the the help of my Technicians. I have learned alot about customer service and how you can use alot of the tools you apply towards making a customer happy to your everyday life and how you treat others. My management here at Rick Case has been a big help. Th ey took a leap of faith with me and promoted me within a year. I would say the heardest part of my job is hitting customer with weary news. Its like no matter what your the source of their problem, not a good feeling. There are good times though, like that moment when you've relieved someones stress by fixing their vehicle and doing it in a manner they can afford.
